* Welcome *

You are seeking a safe space to share your unfiltered emotions, thoughts, and desires. You are seeking an unbiased perspective to your situation and issues. You may yearn for human connection, compassion, and unrelenting support in your journey. You value consistency. You want to heal trauma from the past and use this information to cope with the unpredictable future.

* My Focus *

I specialize in working with people who are interested in changing their relationship with their depression, anxiety, substance use, and disordered eating behaviors. I believe therapy is a collaborative space for folx to explore their biographies and learn to hold deeper relationships with themselves and others. As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize advocating and collaborating with clients to build safety, trust, and transparency so you can bring your full, authentic self to your journey towards growth and healing.

* My Approach *

My therapeutic approach is rooted in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). By practicing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal communication, and mindfulness skills, I hope to decrease your suffering experience. Through our work we will determine your core values and re-align yourself with these to live your idea of a meaningful life.

* My Philosophy on Therapy *

My practice is guided by curiosity and nonjudgmental compassion. I aim to partner with my clients to co-create a space where we feel able to breathe, explore, laugh, cry, question, and heal. Therapy should be a place where you relinquish shame and judgment of yourself and allow yourself to be vulnerable in your journey towards growth.

* Credentials & EXPERIENCE *

* More About Me *

In my free time you can find me overwatering my beloved collection of house plants, playing my Nintendo Switch, or exploring a brewery. If I'm listening to music you better believe there’s K.Flay in the mix.
