Interior space of our sex therapy office in Chicago.

We believe in equipping LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples/partners with the support and tools they need to gently explore what feels stuck, strained, or broken. Our trusted LGBT-Friendly Couples Counseling professionals offer a space where you don’t have to explain your identity—you get to explore your intimacy, pleasure, and relational dynamics with safety and intention.

Some have:

  • had their sexual agency violated through trauma or coercion

  • internalized shame connected to their gender identity or sexuality

  • experienced physical intimacy challenges so entangled with emotional pain, it all feels impossible to untangle

  • never experienced orgasm—and that loss or absence feels like a wound they carry

OTHERS ARE:

  • feeling stalled in their romantic or sexual connection and craving deeper exploration, play, and satisfaction

navigating challenges unique to their monogamous, polyamorous, open, or kink-centered relationships

trying to understand and bridge differences in desire, arousal, or libido between partners

ready to deepen trust and communication with a therapist who gets queer and expansive relationship dynamics

WE want to help people find pleasure, joy, and confidence in their sexuality and relationships no matter what barriers they face.

We do this by providing therapy and coaching grounded in feminist ideals and collaboration, a focus on strengths, trauma-informed care, and science-backed interventions that focus on the interactions of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. While providing a space for you to feel safe and seen right where you are, we also have a bias to action that we believe produces change in people's lives.
