As Operations Lead, Roxy supports the functionality of the office overall, particularly by providing assistance to Rae and supporting marketing efforts.

Previous to her role at Practical Audacity, Roxy served as a Market Director, expanding business for her clients in renewable and green energy industries. She’s an advocate for making our planet a better place for all Earthlings.

Roxy has a background in Performing Arts and launched her own production company in 2018. Some of her favorite collaborations have been with B-side Studios, a company in Chicago providing opportunities for ALL artists. Some of her favorite productions include the Annual Black History shows at The Prairie Center of Arts, 606 Mania at Stage 773, and My Fair Lady with Ash Lawn Opera. 

Roxy hopes to add efficiency to Practical Audacity and is excited to help the team thrive so they may provide the best support to clients.
